Carrot or beetroot juice for red hair

Dyeing your hair with carrots or beets is a great way to add a temporary reddish hue to your strands, without the use of any nasty chemicals.

  • Beet juice (you can add carrot juice)
  • Coconut oil

Preparation: Combine coconut oil and beetroot juice together. Apply carefully on the head. Cover with plastic wrap. Leave on hair for 1 hour. Then rinse.

Chamomile for blonde hair

  • 8 tablespoons chamomile
  • 300 ml water
  • lemon juice

Pour 300 ml of hot water with 8 tbsp. dried chamomile. Heat up for 15 minutes. Then cool and filter. Add juice of ½ lemon.

Apply the mixture to your hair, comb through and let dry. Drying your hair in the sun will bring the best results. Then wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo.

Chop the walnuts and boil in a pot of water for at least 30 minutes. Once cool, apply to hair for 20 minutes, depending on the color. Do not rub it into the scalp too much.
