Croatian specialist Ivica Olic is included in the Moscow CSKA squad for the Russian Premier League (RPL).
Ivica Olic, whose return to CSKA became known on March 23, is included in the team’s application, according to the RPL website. He replaced Viktor Goncharenko as a mentor for the Red-Blues. Coach Iliya Arachich and sports training specialist Igor Yukich were also included in CSKA’s RPL application.
Olic, who returned to the “army” club, played in the Russian football championship from 2003 to 2006. For CSKA, he played 112 matches, scoring 41 goals.
After 23 rounds, the club from Moscow with 40 points takes the fifth place in the RPL standings. On the first line is the St. Petersburg “Zenith”. Capital Spartak and Lokomotiv are in second and third positions, respectively.
