Daily hair loss is a natural process of skin renewal. Hair grows in cycles, so hair loss is only part of a natural process.

In place of the dead hair, a new one grows from the bulb. But sometimes this process is disrupted.

The causes of hair loss can be very individual – they include poor nutrition, ecology, and diseases.

First of all, you need to find what the problem is, and then take action.

Hair Loss Causes

If you have the first signs of hair loss, start with a consultation with a trichologist. With the help of computer diagnostics (trichogramma), the specialist will determine the number and diameter of hair, the condition of the skin and sebaceous glands.

To determine the cause of alopecia, you may be offered to undergo an examination by other narrow specialists: a gynecologist, endocrinologist, neurologist, therapist.

Treatment methods

  • Try to use fewer styling products – varnishes, mousses, gels.
  • Balms should only be used if your curls are very tangled and difficult to comb.
  • You can use leave-in products in the summer when you need to protect your hair from ultraviolet radiation. In other cases, they only cause the effect of oily hair.
  • The use of hair dryers, curling irons and straightening irons should be kept to a minimum.
  • Also, remember not to comb your hair when wet, as this is very harmful to them.

Folk recipes can be a great addition to general hair loss treatments.

  • Hair can be strengthened very well with onion masks.

To prepare the mask, you will need onion juice, vegetable oil, egg yolk and heated honey in equal amounts. All ingredients must be mixed, rubbed into the scalp and left for half an hour, then rinsed with warm water.

To get rid of the onion smell, simply add a drop of perfume to the rinse water.

  • Burdock oil will help to save them. You can buy it in pharmacies or stores that sell phytoproducts.

The oil must be rubbed into the scalp, but after that the hair must be rinsed very thoroughly so that it does not look greasy.

  • To stimulate hair growth, you can prepare an infusion of birch buds. To do this, pour one teaspoon of birch leaves and buds with a glass of boiling water, leave to infuse for 2 hours, strain and rub into the roots after each wash.
  • Mustard powder. Mix 1 tablespoon of mustard powder, 2-3 tablespoons of hot water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 egg.

Apply the mixture to the hair roots and scalp. The mask has an effect after 3-5 minutes, after which it can be washed off.

  • Egg yolk. Mix the puree of one ripe avocado and one egg yolk, apply to hair along the entire length and keep for 30-40 minutes.
  • Honey. Mix 1 tbsp. l. honey, 1 tbsp. l. rum, 1 yolk, 1 tbsp. l. castor oil, capsules of vitamins A and E.

Apply the mask to the roots, to the hair – a little less. Keep for at least one hour, and then rinse.

Self-medication is dangerous, since incorrect tactics can only aggravate the course of these pathologies. Therefore, in any case, if you notice that the hair began to fall out more than the norm, consult a specialist.

This will save time spent on treatment, money and reduce psychological discomfort from this condition.
