The head of the Gamaleya Center, Alexander Gintsburg, said that eight months after vaccination, he had a high titer of antibodies.
Gunzburg told the Russia 24 TV channel that he “succumbed to the general mood of his acquaintances and partly his employees” and donated blood for the determination of antibodies.
Earlier, the director of the Gamaleya Center said about the importance of a proper diet for the formation of immunity against coronavirus infection. According to the specialist, an insufficient amount of protein consumed by a person can affect the production of antibodies, since, as he explained, this process is very energy-intensive for the body.
Gunzburg also spoke about the cost of an antibody-based drug for the treatment of patients with coronavirus, which is now being developed by the Gamaleya Center.
