French Formula 1 Haas driver Romain Grosjean is due to be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday 1st December.
The press service of the team reports. According to the team representatives, the treatment of burns on the back and both hands of the rider is progressing well. It is noted that Grosjean should be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday, December 1.
Recall that in the first round of the Bahrain Grand Prix, Grosjean collided with the pilot of the Alpha Tauri team, Daniil Kvyat. Grosjean’s car flew into the bump stop, caught fire and exploded. Fortunately, Grosjean himself managed to get out. He was taken to the hospital. Only melted pieces remained from the car.
At the Sakhir Grand Prix, instead of Grosjean, Brazilian Pietro Fittipaldi will sit behind the wheel of the Haas car. For him, this race will be his debut in Formula 1.
