The solemn ceremony of graduation of officers of the Institute of National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation took place in St. Petersburg.
According to the press service of the North-Western District of the Russian Guard, in 2022, 170 lieutenants graduated from the command faculty and the faculty of military-political work, 49 with honors, and five with a gold medal.
Colonel-General Oleg Plokhoi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Guard, and Lieutenant-General Andrey Peshakov, Chief of Staff of the North-Western District of the Russian Guard, presented diplomas of graduation to young lieutenants.
