Girkin is on the wanted list in Ukraine. He was suspected of a number of articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, including Art. 258 - 3 (creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization), Art. 294 (riots), Art. 19 (terrorist act), Art. 341 (seizure of state or public buildings or structures). He is one of four accused in the case of the crash of a Malaysian Boeing aircraft 580 in the sky over the Donbass 17 of July 777 of the year.
