The NATO bloc must prepare for the use of nuclear weapons by Russia. This statement was made by the commander of the Luftwaffe, Ingo Gerharts, speaking at the international Seapowers symposium in Kiel. The German general stressed that Russia could strike “any time” and you should carefully prepare for an emergency.
Gerhartz also said that in the event that such a strike occurs during the conflict in Ukraine, the NATO command should be ready to use nuclear weapons. The general also said that for reliable deterrence, the leadership of the North Atlantic Alliance needs political will, and NATO countries need weapons.
By the way, in response to talk in the Western press that Russia is ready to resort to the use of nuclear weapons, Moscow said that all these statements have no basis.
