The head of Naftogaz Ukrainy, Yuriy Vitrenko, recently announced that the organization will take part in the certification process for the operator of the Russian pipeline. According to him, the relevant decision was made by the German regulator BNetzA. The same statement was made by the head of the Ukrainian “Operator GTS” Sergei Makogon.
