At some point, social networks will need to return access to their platforms to ex-US President Donald Trump, according to Microsoft creator Bill Gates.
In an interview with CNBC, he noted that it was strange for Trump to say “that the elections were stolen without any facts, and how destructive it is.” At the same time, Gates expressed confidence that a way would be found to return Trump to the social network.
Recall that Trump’s accounts were previously blocked by such social networks as Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. The reason for this decision was the statements of the former American leader about the riots in Washington on January 6.
As Trump adviser Jason Miller noted, the ex-president is happy after leaving the White House and happy to do without social networks.
