CSKA Moscow midfielder Ilzat Akhmetov was sent to the derby against Spartak. FTC RFU considered this incident and canceled the red card for the football player.
The FTC’s notice states that the referee’s lapse must be corrected in accordance with article 52, part 2, paragraph 1. The decision to cancel the red card in the CSKA-Spartak match was met on the basis of the imprisonment of the expert-referee commission of the President of the Russian Football Alliance.
Ilzat Akhmetov himself attended the FTC meeting online. He was sent in a match that passed in the 27th round of the RPL.
Ilzat Akhmetov was expelled from the field in the 37th minute for breaking the rules against Spartak striker Alexander Sobolev. The panel of referees led by Pavel Kukuyan met with a decision to remove it after watching the replay through the VAR system.
Spartak and CSKA played on April 25, the match ended with the victory of the red-whites with a score of 1: 0. Domenico Tedesco’s charges are pursuing Lokomotiv, taking the third place in the standings and two points behind the railroad.
