Formula 1 race in Italy suspended due to accident

The Formula 1 race in Monza (Italy) was suspended due to an accident, Match! Reports.

The race was suspended on lap 24 due to an accident involving Ferrari driver Charles Leclair. The racer crashed into the bump stop. Leclerc was reported to be unharmed.

Now the eighth stage of the Formula 1 World Championship is taking place in Monza, the Italian Grand Prix.

Earlier it became known that the racer "Mercedes" Hamilton won the qualification of the Belgian Grand Prix. Russian pilot "Alfa Tauri" Daniil Kvyat took 11th place.
