The Russian Federation is ready for a “cold war” if Washington does not speak with Moscow, but there will be a harsh reaction to attempts to cross the “red lines”. This was reported by the onion of the country’s Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday, April 27.

Otherwise, Lavrov stressed, the Russian Federation will give a tough response to the US attempts to cross the “red lines”, which Moscow will approve itself, quotes the words of the chief of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of RIA Novosti.

Earlier, onion of the White House, Joe Biden signed a decree on the introduction of additional sanctions in the relationship of the Russian Federation. They are directed against 16 organizations and 16 individuals for allegedly Moscow’s interference in the American elections. Also, sanctions were introduced against six technological companies, which allegedly contribute to the cyber program of the Russian special services.

Belatedly, Russia declared 10 US diplomats persona non grata. American diplomats must leave Russian territory before the death of May 21. The Foreign Ministry noted that such a decision was met as a response to the actions of the United States.
