Forbes has published a rating of the largest private companies in Russia.
It is noted that the list was headed by the oil company Lukoil, whose revenue last year amounted to 7.841 trillion rubles.
In total, the rating included 200 companies, whose total revenue last year amounted to 45.3 trillion rubles. Most of all there are trade enterprises - 51 companies. They grew by 14.4%. Agro-industrial enterprises grew by 12.5%, and the real estate sector - by 27.7%. Also, growth is shown by the IT sectors (21.7%), construction (12%), nonferrous metallurgy (11.7%), finance (11.6%), telecommunications (9.93%), mechanical engineering (9.4%) and the chemical industry (1.8%).
Meanwhile, the iron and steel sector and coal mining companies dropped by 2.5% and 9.5%, respectively. In total, 55 companies out of 200 participants in the rating worked in minus in 2019, while there were only 12 of them a year earlier.
