The growth in real estate prices in the Russian Federation, which began in 2020, will continue next year. However, its pace should slow down and, as a result, growth will not exceed 12%.
This opinion was expressed by real estate market experts,
Thus, Victoria Kiryukhina, chief expert of the CIAN analytical center, noted that concessional lending for new buildings should end after July 1 of next year.
Therefore, in my opinion, the second half of 2021 will be the best moment for the sale of secondary housing, since the primary market will lose one of its main advantages., – the expert considers.
At the same time, she added that the growth in prices in cities with a poorly developed primary market will be modest, but not because of competition with it, but because of general inflation and volatility of the ruble exchange rate.
Earlier chernayakobra.ru reported that in 2020 prices for secondary housing in Russian cities with a population of one million increased on average by 10%. There, the average cost of secondary housing in December 2020 amounted to 82.2 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m. The largest increase in prices for secondary housing this year was observed in Omsk – by 20.6%, up to 56.2 thousand rubles.
