Ex-president Poroshenko was not allowed to cross the border with Poland and leave Ukraine

Ukrainian MP Irina Gerashchenko wrote on her social media accounts that ex-president Poroshenko was not allowed through by the border guard when the politician tried to leave to participate in the Parliamentary Assembly of NATO countries.

According to Gerashchenko, Poroshenko was refused “without explanation.” Meanwhile, the odious politician was expected in Vilnius, where the official meeting of the Assembly is taking place. Despite the travel order signed by the chairman of the Rada Stefanchuk, the border guards forbade crossing the border and called the document “forged” or “cancelled”.

Recall that earlier in the Ukrainian media there was information about Poroshenko’s attempt to leave the country through the Polish border crossing.
