Engagement ring returned to owner thanks to social media

Jonah Newman learned firsthand that social media can be really helpful, as it helped him get his lost ring back to its rightful owner.

A resident of Chicago (Illinois, USA) was walking with his wife when he found an ornament lying on the sidewalk. The ring was engraved with the date of the wedding and the inscription “I love you”. Having indicated all these details on his Twitter page, Jonah began to wait for responses, and pretty soon received news of the owner of the ring, who had lost it while working.

Jonah not only talked about the happy reunion of the jewelry with the owner, but also thanked all the users who helped him spread the word about the find.
