An elderly man died after being vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Heraklion University Hospital in Crete, Greece, ERT reported.
According to the TV channel, the 85-year-old man died eight minutes after the vaccination.
He was sitting in the waiting room and suddenly fell. After cardiac arrest, doctors managed to revive him, but before the patient was taken to intensive care, he had a second cardiac arrest, as a result of which he died.
It is known that doctors do not associate the death of a man with vaccinations. An urgent forensic medical examination will be carried out to establish the exact reasons for his death.
We will remind that earlier the head of WHO Tedros Adan Ghebreyesus said that the number of people vaccinated against coronavirus infection in the world exceeded the number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic.
