Rapper Dzhigan and his family moved to a new house, but complaints are already pouring in from the neighbors.
Oksana Samoilova and Dzhigan changed their place of residence in July – the star family moved from their old country house in New Riga to another, even more luxurious and spacious with an elevator. It turned out that the couple settled in the elite village of Agalarov Estate, owned by Emin Agalarov’s company Crocus International, but their lifestyle was not to the liking of the neighbors.
It became known that respectable property owners do not like the way Samoilova and Dzhigan behave: they say they are too noisy and throw parties. Correspondence even appeared on the Web with complaints about the “noisy camp” of the star family, and experts suggested that if this goes on, Oksana and Denis (the real name of the rapper) may even be brought to administrative responsibility.
“Lawyers share systematic noise and loud noises during the night. In the first case, we are talking about a violation of sanitary standards, and after 23:00 we are already talking about a violation of administrative law. If the neighbors like to throw parties or listen to music all day long, you can file a complaint with government agencies. If a violation is recorded, then employees of Rospotrebnadzor have the right to recover from the guilty person a fine in the amount of 500 rubles to 1000 rubles“, – said lawyer Olga Vlasova in an interview with the Zvezdach portal.
By the way, Samoilova and Dzhigan did not buy a new mansion. According to rumors, the couple rents a house for three million rubles a month, and they have been unsuccessfully trying to sell their old cottage for two years, asking for 140 million rubles for it.
