Salad with chicken and apples: recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 200 g
  • Salad 300 g
  • Sweet red pepper (paprika) 1 pc.
  • Apples 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil 20 ml
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Yogurt natural 125 ml
  • Mustard 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 5 ml
  • Honey 15 g
  • Dill 1 tsp l.

Cooking:

  1. Cut lettuce leaves into thin strips.
  2. Pepper and apple cut into strips.
  3. Put everything in a bowl and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.
  4. Fry the crushed garlic in a small amount of oil until golden brown, then remove the garlic.
  5. In this oil, fry, literally 5 minutes over medium heat, strips of chicken fillet, salt and pepper.
  6. For the dressing, mix the remaining ingredients.
  7. Add the cooked and slightly cooled chicken to the salad, mix well.
