Salad with chicken and apples: recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 200 g
- Salad 300 g
- Sweet red pepper (paprika) 1 pc.
- Apples 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 20 ml
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Yogurt natural 125 ml
- Mustard 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 5 ml
- Honey 15 g
- Dill 1 tsp l.
Cooking:
- Cut lettuce leaves into thin strips.
- Pepper and apple cut into strips.
- Put everything in a bowl and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.
- Fry the crushed garlic in a small amount of oil until golden brown, then remove the garlic.
- In this oil, fry, literally 5 minutes over medium heat, strips of chicken fillet, salt and pepper.
- For the dressing, mix the remaining ingredients.
- Add the cooked and slightly cooled chicken to the salad, mix well.
