Diet bean soup

Make healthy bean soup for lunch. This soup is also ideal for fasting people.

Bean Soup: Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beans – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Water – 3 l
  • Rice – 0.25 cups
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Olive oil – 30 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – 0.25 tsp
  • Greens – to taste

Cooking:

  1. Soak the beans overnight. Then boil until done.
  2. Cut potatoes into cubes.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes, carrots into strips or rub on a coarse grater.
  4. We wash the rice.
  5. Boil water and add beans, bring to a boil. Add potatoes, rice, half a carrot and onion. We cook 20 minutes.
  6. Heat up the pan and pour in the olive oil. Fry until golden brown the second part of the carrots and onions, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
  7. Add flour, simmer for another minute.
  8. Add stir-fry to soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Add finely chopped greens.
