The famous football expert and commentator Leonid Genusov died at the age of 63, a source from the Federal News Agency (FAN) reports.
The cause of death is currently being established. According to preliminary data, the TV presenter could have died due to cardiac arrest. At the same time, there were no complaints about the state of health on his part.
Genusov was the author and host of popular TV programs, including Football Stories, Free Kick, Zenit-XXI, Football – Pro & Contra. In addition, since 1999 he worked as the head of the press service of Zenit, and from 2002 to 2006 he was the head of the international department of the St. Petersburg football club.
