Berry pie recipe


  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l. starch
  • 400-500 g berries (to taste)


Since we will bake this cake in the oven, turn it on right away, let it heat up to 180-200 degrees. After all, the preparation of the sour cream filling will take very little time!

In a convenient container, beat eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Add sour cream, flour sifted through a sieve, baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should be the same as for charlotte (a little thicker than sour cream).

Cover the round baking dish with parchment paper and brush the bottom and sides of the baking dish with margarine. For berries, I use red and black currants, but you can take the ones that are available.

In a separate bowl, mix the black currants with the starch, then place them on half of the dough in the mold and spread over the entire surface of the baking dish.

Now fill the berries with the second half of the sour cream filling and spread the remaining berries over its surface, pressing them slightly with your hands.

Bake the pie in the preheated oven. The approximate baking time is 40-50 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden toothpick, it must be dry! Let the cake cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
