Lavash cottage cheese and berry roll is very easy to prepare, even an inexperienced hostess can handle it. Such a roll will undoubtedly decorate any tea party!
Cottage cheese and berry lavash roll
Ingredients:
- Lavash 1 pc.
- Cottage cheese (5%) – 400 gr.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Sweetener to taste
- Red currant to taste
Cooking:
- Displace 2 eggs and 1 protein with cottage cheese, add a sweetener.
- We spread the pita bread on the table, put the curd mass on it and spread it over the entire surface.
- We spread the currants on top, wrap the pita bread with a roll.
- Put the roll on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Lubricate the top of the roll with yolk and bake at 180 C for about 25 – 30 minutes.
