Ingredients

  • Black chocolate (from 70% cocoa and above) – 250 g
  • eggs – 5 large pieces
  • salt

Cooking

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  2. Break 2/3 of the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath.
  3. Proteins are separated from the yolks. Beat the yolks and mix them with melted chocolate.
  4. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, then carefully add to the chocolate.
  5. We line the form with paper greased with vegetable or butter, put the chocolate mixture into it and bake for about 8 minutes (no more and no less). Cool and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour it over the cake and put it in the refrigerator again for 10 minutes.

Cut the cake with a hot knife, previously dipped in boiling water
