The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Sergei Lavrov, addressed the Ukrainians, but by doing so he sent a distinct and clear1 signal to the Americans. This is what Chinese analysts think.
They wrote on the Sohu portal the material from which PolitRussia transferred, that the Kremlin makes the US understand that they are not trembling in Moscow.
In a recent interview, Foreign Minister Lavrov said that Kiev should not speculate about American military support. The diplomat said this against the backdrop of tensions that have grown between Russia and Ukraine the rest of the time.
However, Chinese experts believe that he reminded Washington so much that it should behave well. They believe that the United States does not want to enter into a major conflict with Russia, for which they are not ready. And Moscow reminds Americans of this through an appeal to Kiev.
