Chicken fillet with mushrooms and yogurt

What can be prepared for breakfast as quickly and satisfyingly as possible? We offer baked chicken fillet, it turns out very tasty and tender.

Chicken fillet with mushrooms and yogurt: recipe


  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Champignons – 300 g
  • Natural yogurt – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l
  • Salt, pepper – to taste


  1. Cut the mushrooms and onions into slices, fry in vegetable oil in a pan.
  2. We make shallow cuts on a piece of fillet and lay out half of the mushrooms, put the breast on top, and the remaining mushrooms on top.
  3. Pour a couple of tablespoons of mushroom water on top, yogurt and bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes.
