Chicken Cheese Soup: Recipe


  • 400 g chicken fillet;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 large carrot;
  • 180 g of processed cheese;
  • 2 liters of broth or water;
  • greenery;
  • bay leaf, allspice peas;
  • salt, pepper to taste.


  1. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes.
  2. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes, carrots into semicircles.
  3. Fry the fillet in a pan in a little olive oil.
  4. Bring the broth to a boil, put the bay leaf and allspice, add the fillet cubes.
  5. Lower the heat a little and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add vegetables and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Put the melted cheese into the soup, stir well so that the cheese is completely dissolved.
  8. Add salt, pepper and finely chopped herbs. Stir and remove soup from heat.
