Cameroon national football team defender Oyongo moved to Krasnodar

The press service of the Russian football club Krasnodar announced the loan of the French Montpellier player and Cameroon national team defender Ambroise Oyongo, Interfax reports.

“The left-back will play for the Bulls until the end of the 2020/21 season,” the report said.

Previously, the 29-year-old defender played for Cameroon’s Coton Sport, New York Red Bulls (USA) and Montreal Impact (Canada). In 2018 he joined Montpellier.

Since 2012, he has been playing for the Cameroon national team.

Earlier, the Moscow FC CSKA announced the signing of a new agreement with the Brazilian footballer Mario Fernandez.

According to the club’s press service, the contract with the defender will be valid until the end of the 2023/24 season.

The previous agreement was supposed to last until 2022.
