The former head of the United States, Bill Clinton, Bill Clinton, who was previously hospitalized with an infection, has been discharged from the hospital, his spokesman Angel Urenya said.
“He will return to his home in New York, where he will complete a course of antibiotics,” Urenya wrote on Twitter, citing medical statements. According to them, the temperature and the number of leukocytes in the blood of the ex-president returned to normal. However, doctors “will continue to monitor his recovery.”
As it became known on Friday, the reason for Bill Clinton’s hospitalization was blood poisoning. The former American leader was prescribed antibiotic treatment.
On the eve of Urenya, he reported that the health of the ex-president over the past day was “recovering excellently.” The ex-president’s spokesman also noted that Clinton is in a good mood. The former American leader spends time with his family, hangs out with friends and watches American football matches.
Recall that Czech President Milos Zeman was also hospitalized last week. According to media reports, the 77-year-old politician is in the hospital due to liver problems.
