Biden declared the inadmissibility of Russia’s “invasion” of Ukraine

American leader Joe Biden said that during a telephone conversation he made it clear to Russian President Vladimir Putin that Russia’s “invasion” of Ukraine is unacceptable.

“I made it clear to President Putin that if he takes any further steps, he will go to Ukraine, there will be serious sanctions on our part,” Biden was quoted as saying by TASS.

The US President noted that the “invasion” of the Russian Federation to Ukraine will also lead to an increase in the military presence of the United States and its allies in the North Atlantic Alliance in European countries.

It is noted that the statement was made during a press conference in Delaware. The politician added that he hopes for progress in negotiations on security issues with the participation of the Russian Federation in January.
