Russian biathlete Alexander Loginov won the individual race at the World Cup. The competitions are held in Antholz-Anterselva, Italy.
Alexander Loginov showed times 48 minutes 41.8 seconds. In addition, the athlete shot without misses, and at the fourth turn he fell and broke a stick.
The Norwegian athlete Sturla Holm Legrade finished in pursuit of the Russian, having made two penalties and showing the time of +58.5 seconds. The third point went to the French biathlete Kenten Fillon Maillet, having got rid of the leader for 1:10:06 minutes and made two misses.
The race was also attended by Evgeny Garanichev, Eduard Latypov, Anton Babikov, Kirill Streltsov and Ilya Gavrilov. Russian athletes took 14th, 50th, 51st and 91st places, respectively.
Alexander Loginov once collected gold medals at the World Cup in Antholz-Anterselva in February 2020. Then he won the sprint.
