Tropical storm Alex brought a lot of negative emotions to the residents of Miami (Florida, USA).
So much rain fell that the streets quickly turned into bodies of water, and moving through the flooded areas by car became difficult, if not impossible. So motorists have to abandon their vehicles. But one local resident was not discouraged by the situation and used a kayak instead of a car – the streets were perfect for this type of transport.
However, the authorities urge citizens not only not to drive, but also not to walk on stagnant water. And do not swim too, because it can be unsafe.
