Gazprombank was awarded in three nominations of the international CX World Awards for the best customer experience. The bank became the winner in two directions: “Customer-centric corporate culture” and “Professional customer service”, and also received the award “High jury approval” in the category “Practice of personnel engagement and motivation.” This is stated in the message of the credit institution.
The awards ceremony took place on April 21 in Moscow as part of the Customer eXperience World Forum 2021. This is the largest annual professional award in the customer experience industry. The purpose of the award is to promote the development of customer-centric strategies of companies, identify and support leaders and the best professionals in the market, highlight the best projects and innovations in the field of improving customer experience. The award has been awarded to the best Customer eXperience in the industry by a competent jury since 2015.
“Today it is difficult to believe that back in 2017 Gazprombank was not known in the market as a universal bank and was just beginning to actively develop its retail business.
