The diplomat noted that Yerevan is considering various proposals for regional cooperation with the participation of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, Iran and Turkey. However, it is too early to talk about any progress or solution.
“The priority is to protect the national interests of Armenia. The most important approach that we can note is that these formats should not duplicate the format of the Minsk group, ”the diplomat said.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov spoke about a possible summit with the participation of the Russian Federation, Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to him, the Kremlin will inform in a timely manner if such agreements are reached.
