The first deputy minister of transport of Russia will be Andrei Kostyuk, who is the deputy minister and head of Rosavtodor. This is reported by TASS with reference to a government order.
Kostyuk has been the Deputy Minister of Transport since November 2019. He carried out activities in parallel with the leadership of the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor), headed by him since September 2018.
Also, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin decided to appoint the head of Rosmorrechflot Alexander Poshivaya Deputy Minister of Transport. The post he held will leave Sewing.
Earlier today, Mishustin dismissed Yuri Necheporenko, deputy head of the CHI fund, who had held this post for about eight years. The head of Rossvyaz, Oleg Dukhovnitsky, was also removed from his post.
