Air Passengers Require COVID-19 Test to Enter Turkey Starting December 30

From December 30, air passengers need to get a negative COVID-19 test to enter Turkey. Turkish national air carrier Turkish Airlines reported.

A test with a negative result for coronavirus must be done within 72 hours before departure to the country, otherwise the passenger will not be allowed to fly. You will need to submit it in printed or electronic form. The condition applies to all persons over the age of 6, including those who travel to other countries through Turkey.

Earlier in Belgium, 23 people have died from COVID-19 in a nursing home in the past three weeks. 125 guests and employees of the institution have received positive results of tests for coronavirus after the celebration of St. Nicholas Day, which is celebrated in the country on December 6.
