New York attorney general calls US National Rifle Association “terrorist organization”
Republican attorneys general of 16 US states backed a lawsuit by the National Rifle Association (NRA) against New York Attorney General Laetitia James, which is trying to dissolve the NRA, accusing the association of financial violations.
The lawsuit was supported by the attorneys general of Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and West Virginia. They believe that Laetitia James’s accusations against the NRA are “A politically motivated attack on free speech”…
In 2019, James launched an investigation into the Trump Organization. “I have taken steps to oblige the Trump Organization, and in particular its Executive Vice President Eric Trump, to facilitate my office’s investigation of its financial activities.– said James. “For months, the Trump Organization has been refusing to fully comply with the subpoenas for this investigation.” Trump organization accused of artificially inflating the value of her assets in order to obtain loans. As a result, by court decision Trump Organization paid a $ 2 million fine.

In addition, in November 2020, James, as part of a broad administrative investigation into President Donald Trump’s business relationship, sent Trump Organization a request to provide documents on the fees of his daughter and adviser Ivanka Trump.
In 2020, Laetitia James filed 35 lawsuits against the Trump administration and Republicans, but the most resonant lawsuit was against the National Rifle Association, which she called a “terrorist organization.” The lawsuit alleges that NRA chief Wayne Lapierre used NRA funds to pay for a luxury lifestyle. James insists that the organization be disbanded.
James also claims the NRA has diverted millions of dollars from charitable causes; allegedly the leaders of the Association used the funds of the NRA, created with donations from members, to pay “Private jets and expensive dinners for them and their families in the Bahamas”…
Laetitia James has never concealed that she is persecuting the NRA for political reasons. However, in response to James’s lawsuit against the NRA, Republican attorneys general of 16 US states filed a lawsuit in the US District Court, upholding the NRA’s counterclaim against it and arguing that the New York attorney general was trying to violate the constitutional rights of a group of citizens.
“The New York suit is a political stunt of the liberal attorney general, who has promised to pursue the NRA during his campaign. This is done in order to undermine our right to the Second Amendment, Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge said in a statement. “Even if it makes me unpopular in places like New York, I am firmly committed to protecting the Constitution, in particular the right to bear arms for Arkansans.”…
In a statement, the NRA named the lawsuit of Laetitia James “Deliberate attack on the Second Amendment to the Constitution”protecting the right of Americans to keep and bear arms. And Donald Trump said that Laetitia James’ lawsuit is “a terrible thing.”

According to the director of the Center for Criminal Justice Reform at the American Conservative Union Foundation (Center for Criminal Justice Reform at the Foundation of the American Conservative Union) Pat Nolan, Laetitia James’ lawsuit is part of a long-term Democratic plan to destroy the social base of American conservatives. Nolan writes that he has well-documented evidence that “Wealthy radicals led by billionaire George Soros have invested more than $ 100 million in dark money … to fund the election campaigns of district and municipal attorneys.”… Soros’ henchmen have become attorneys in 31 cities and counties, including San Francisco, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, Portland, Dallas and St. Louis.
The result was not long in coming. After riots broke out in St. Louis and arson and looting began, District Attorney Kim Gardner (in whose campaign Soros invested $ 307,000) dropped all charges against 36 people arrested for the violence. In Chicago, Illinois Attorney Kim Fox ($ 817,000) refused to prosecute rioters who violated the curfew. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner ($ 1.7 million) announced that he would not prosecute people arrested for the violence that rocked his city for several days. San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin ($ 620,000) believes the criminal justice system is racist and refuses to prosecute crimes such as “Extortion of sex, public urination, blocking the pavement, etc.”… In Portland, District Attorney Mike Schmidt ($ 230,000) said he would not prosecute petty hooliganism, criminal assault, escape, as well as harassment and organizing riots.
Famous American political scientist, author of the book Obama uprising Matthew Wadum says that “George Soros’s drive to radically change the judiciary and elect extremist district attorneys across the country … has paid off; now politically motivated prosecutors will focus not on public safety but on social issues. “…
Whether Leticia James’s claim against the NRA will be upheld is unknown. However, the demise of the NRA will not end the gun rights movement. “Throughout its existence, the NRA has built a huge organizational infrastructure that is likely to live on to support even more radical arms groups.”, – writes Slate…
The Democrats plan not only to privatize the US supervisory authorities, but also to morally disarm the police. President of the Law Enforcement Education Foundation (Law Enforcement Education Foundation) Robert Barr writes that the punitive reform of the New York City Police Force, conceived by Laetitia James, “Is part of a deliberate plan laying the groundwork for a complete reconstruction of the NYPD … which George Soros openly insists on. The police will have no jurisdiction over traffic violations and minor offenses such as toll evasion, encroachment on private property, hooliganism and marijuana possession will be decriminalized. “… The plans of the Democrats, which are implemented by Soros and his nominee prosecutors, says Robert Barr, “Are a recipe for disaster for the inhabitants of this once great city”…
