Last month, it became known that Christina Asmus was charged with discrediting the Russian army. The reason for this was her post on the social network, published on February 24. Christina did not appear at the meeting, sending a lawyer there. He coped with his task and now Asmus does not face a fine. Vladimir Lyakhovsky noted that at the time of the publication of the post, there was no article about discrediting yet.
“The court ruled: to terminate the administration of proceedings under the protocol in relation to the absence of an administrative offense,” the judge said.
According to Christina, the summons came to a different address and she learned about the upcoming trial from the media.
