Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the register of unscrupulous executors of public services in the social sphere, according to the website of the Cabinet.
This register is designed to protect the rights of citizens who receive social support. It will include entrepreneurs and organizations that dishonestly provide social services to citizens at the expense of budget funds. Posting information is limited to two years. During this period, the company will not be able to count on state support.
It is specified that since September of last year, non-profit organizations and individual entrepreneurs can receive subsidies for the provision of social services to the population.
Earlier it was reported that the work of nannies caring for orphans in hospitals could be legalized. The Russian Federation can develop a regulatory framework related to the provision of services for children under 4 years old who are left without parental care.
