At the same time, people complain that payments are delayed by the deadlines, and during quarantine they have to go to the Employment Centers to check in.

The Employment Service acknowledged delays in payments and promised that the funds should reach the recipients by Monday, writes.

According to the member of the Supervisory Board Unemployment fund Deputy Head of the Federation of Trade Unions Alexander Shubin, the number of unemployed since the beginning of quarantine has increased, so 1.3 billion hryvnias allocated from the state budget were not enough.

As soon as money enters her accounts, they are immediately transferred to regional employment centers and should be sent to recipients. If this doesn’t happen in any region, it’s an internal failure, an emergency, and then you need to figure it out. "

According to Shubin, money for payments the unemployment fund will have enough for the first half of the year, that is, until the end of June (actually another month and a half). And what will happen next depends on the economic situation in the country.
