The lymphatic system is an important system in the body, made up of fluids and tissues that flow throughout the body. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system does not have cardiac assistance to keep it moving. Therefore, it is important to make sure that you are giving your lymphatic system care so that it can release and clear fluids efficiently.

When the lymphatic system becomes congested, it causes the lymph nodes to swell, which in turn leads to pain throughout the body. In addition, it will cause your kidneys and liver to become toxic, as toxins and other harmful chemicals are not removed from the lymphatic system as intended.
