Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The whole day depends on how the morning starts and with what breakfast. Many people don’t have much time to stand at the stove for hours and cook a delicious, healthy breakfast.
But you can cook a quick and satisfying dish in 5 minutes. Let’s make three versions of egg toast in a short amount of time.
- 3 slices of bread;
- 3 slices of processed cheese;
- 6 chicken eggs;
- 3 pieces of salted butter;
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- 3 slices of ham;
- 2 slices of bacon;
- 4 avocado wedges.
Toast with egg and onion, ham and cheese
Cut 1 slice of bread in half to make rectangles.
Also cut the processed (or hard) square cheese in half.
Whisk 2 eggs and chopped green onions in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan on the stove, put butter in the center and let it melt.
Pour the beaten eggs and green onions into the skillet.
First place one slice of bread on top, turn it over.
Place the second slice of bread next to it and also turn it over with a silicone spatula.
Fry in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes, then turn the egg omelet with the bread side down.
Use a silicone spatula to fold the edges of the omelet onto the bread.
Place 2 slices of ham on the first slice of bread, and two slices of cheese on the second.
And fold the toast in half.
Cook in a skillet for another 1 minute. The toast is ready!
Toast with egg, avocado, ham and cheese
Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl, melt a cube of butter in a hot skillet and pour in the eggs. On top of them are two slices of bread dipped in an egg. Cook for about 2 minutes, then turn the omelet and bread over in the skillet.
Use a silicone spatula to fold the omelet onto the bread. Place a slice of ham and four slices of avocado on one slice of bread, and two slices of cheese on the other.
Using your hands, fold the omelet in half and press the slices of bread together.
Leave until cooked for about a minute and remove from the stove.
Toast with egg, bacon and cheese
Beat 2 eggs into a plate, melt butter in a frying pan, pour eggs into it. Dip 2 slices of bread in an egg and place over an omelet. Cook for 2 minutes and turn the omelet, loaf side down. Using a silicone spatula, fold the edges of the omelet onto the bread.
Place 2 slices of bacon on the first slice of bread and two slices of cheese on the second. And fold the toast in half. Bring until cooked on the stove for another 1 minute.
You don’t have to stand at the stove all morning to make a delicious breakfast in 5 minutes. Serve toast to the table. Bon Appetit!
